Visor RemoteExpert eyes, anywhere.

Expert eyes, anywhere.

When a field technician runs into something unexpected, the fastest fix is another set of eyes. Visor Remote lets a specialist see exactly what the technician sees and guide the resolution — no site visit required.

The module

Send expertise, not a truck.

The old options were bad: talk a technician through it blind over the phone, or put your expert on a plane. Visor Remote gives the specialist the technician’s own view — through smart glasses, hands-free — with annotations that pin to the equipment, shared documents, and a recorded session.

Complex jobs close on the first visit because the escalation happens inside the visit, not after it. First-time fix rates go up; expensive travel and repeat truck rolls go down. And every session Visor captures becomes material the whole organisation learns from — the fix that worked in one service centre trains the next.

Remote runs on Visor’s own glasses and on the hardware you already field, including Vuzix and RealWear devices, over the connectivity real sites actually have.

Capabilities

What Visor Remote does on the floor.

See-what-I-see video

The expert works from the technician’s live view through the glasses — hands-free for the person on the tools.

Annotations that stay put

Arrows and markups pin to the equipment itself, not the video frame, so “this valve” means this valve.

Session on the record

Every session is recorded and attached to the work order — evidence for the fix and training for the next one.

Runs on real-world links

Built for field bandwidth, on Visor Glass, Vuzix, RealWear, phones, and tablets.

Where it proves out

In the use cases, and in the field.
